If you are using images in the event description, you can re-size them using the image pop-up dialog in the Description editor.

However, if you are using these images in the Event Title, you will need to size them correctly before uploading them.

I tried both ways--When I put it into the description, it doesn't show up at all no matter what size; I resized it to .5 X .5 in Photoshop Elements and put it in the title, it shows up about 3"sq

I see that you have only uploaded 1 image; peg.jpg, and it is big. The size of this image is 382x424. That's what was uploaded to localendar.

You can try deleting this image before you upload a new one (though that shouldnt make a difference). Are you sure you uploaded a smaller copy?

For example, I uploaded peg2.jpg at a much smaller size (76x85), and it works fine.

smile Finally figured it out; When I reduced the size in Photoshop Elements I was not saving it correctly (Needed to Save To Web to change pixel size. I never could get the images loaded in the description pop up box to show up on my calendar -- I must be missing a step. They are in the pop up box but not on my calendar---may never use this option---just curious

If you want to see the image on your calendar, click the "This Event has an Image" line on the Event Editor (below where you enter the description)

Select the category "uploaded images" and then select the image you uploaded. Don't close this section - just click Save (or Update). The image will appear on your calendar view.
