We have not logged in on over 6 months (other than today to cancel). There's no way to cancel on the website and we were charged another annual renewal. Please credit back the fee - I just saw it on my credit card statement.

I can remove the account; please see this page in our docs for cancelling your subscription (you could also search the forums and find this info)
