Hi I have probably a silly question, I have chosen your calendar for all of our community web sites then merging groups of communities to form a area calendar. However, on the first calendar we have tried there seems to be no where to add an events. I have taken the option to embed the calendar into the web site. How do I allow visitors to enter their events. I have made the default Public in the options section. http://www.localendar.com/public/InBishopton and http://www.inbishopton.org.uk/test/community/calendar.html is the test site Thanks for your help in advanced |

Letting visitors add their own events is a function of the Premium Webmaster subscription. New members receive a free 30-day trial of all these features, after which they are disabled ![]() I'm guessing that if you enabled this feature under Options, but aren't seeing the button for it on your public calendar, then that calendar was created more than 30 days ago. Actually, looking at your post, I do see the button to Add an Event on the first link, but not on the second (?). There was an issue using the Add Event button on the "fully-interactive" embedded calendar, so we may have disabled it for this public view type. I'll have to investigate further. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news ---------------------------------------- [Edit 1 times, last edit by support at Nov 30, 2004, 3:48:18 PM] |

Thanks for looking into this. We would be looking to take 24 calendars. One for each community web site and 5 that would merge groups of community entries into one then those 5 into a grand calendar. We do need to look at costs (being a not for profit, more like a loss.. you know what we mean) so could you pass this to sales and ask for a price - couldn't see a link! |
