I am trying to print out the calendar in color. I do have all the settings correct for printing, but the calendar comes our with the colored bars that we have set up for each type of activity. Is this possible?

I'm afraid I don't quite understand that sentence. Is what possible?

Ultimately, if you want to print exactly what you see in your web browser, it is a function of what your printer/OS support and not something we can control.
