OK - I believe we narrowed this down to an issue with non-repeating events only (and timezones > GMT+0). We've done some testing (you will note a sample event on your calendar) and it appears to work. Sure. The email comes from remind_agent@localendar.com, and looks like this:
I'll set up another test event to go to both of us. I set up two two test events. A one-time event, and an event that repeats annually. I received the annual event reminder correctly, but not the one-timer. We're looking into why that is happening. Hi Marc Yes, I've now received three reminders from the test events that you set up. So it appears to be working correctly for individual events, but not repeating events. Did you manage to get that working? Also, now that I've seen the format on the reminder messages, is there any way to change the content and formatting of the reminder? The one time I tested repeating events, it worked for me. Can you give me the date/title of a repeating event you didn't receive a reminder for?
