FSD;

The icons colors refer to the activity of a particular thread.

I just manually upgraded your calendar - I also saw a # of outstanding support requests. Unfortunately, I no longer process these (monitoring the forums is difficult enough), so I am not sure why there is a backlog.

The accounts of the others in this thread have already all been updated.

Marc,
Thank you so much!!!!

I really do enjoy your calendar and now with no ad's, we will continue to use it!

Question, will I be sent a bill every year now or what?

Is it sent via e-mail or buisness address?

Thank you again!

If you sent us a PO (meaning you subscribed "manually" and not via Paypal), then yes, you will have to manually re-subscribe in the future. Your account expiration date is in the small Premium Services box under the lefthand menu.

Paypal subscriptions are automagically re-billed each year unless you cancel them via your Paypal account.

We have paid for our premium services and had no ads on our site www.ycmhs.com and now there are ads. I have emailed twice to have these ads removed or our money refunded. Your product is great and we have paid to have it ad-free. Please resolve this issue right away. We are a school site and not allowed to have paid ads posted. Our site is:

Thanks,

Paypal notifications seem to be lagging. I've updated your subscriptions manually.

Marc - my subscription expires on November 25, 2007. How do I renew that now to prevent it from going down on that date? I tried a "contact us" message last week, but got no reply.

Thanks.

I paid for my subscription through PayPal for the full $129.00 and yet have not been activated. My subscription ID is:
Subscri ID: 1VD78831W5
Either activate my subscription or please refund my money. I've also contacted PayPal and have the Transaction ID and time money was transferred.

Thanks,

Ron

Does anyone have a phone number for this company?

I'm a newbie so I'm still trying to get things to work. The biggest issue I have is when someone clicks to add event, they get the OOPS message. I also wanted to add the Discussion link, but I get an error message there to. I just subscribed and I would really like to get these things fixed. confused

I would also like to know how to put the link back to my home page on the calendar. I figured out how to increase the page size to display all of the events on the list version, but it seems like there should be a scroll bar instead of having to make the page bigger.

Any help available will be appreciated.
