Not an easy problem to find!
The issue is with an event on the .ics file you are importing on

27 Jan 2013

The event title includes an embedded line-break, which is messing up the way the calendar code gets generated:

SUMMARY:DIVIETO CIRCOLAZIONE > 7\,5 TON\n

You need to edit that event title to remove the extra line break, then re-import the TRASPORTI.ics file and you should be all set.
