Event time and title are exposed via the same CSS class ("m-usr" on the month view for example; details here: http://www.localendar.com/docs/display/lc/Custom+Calendar+CSS)

You can include custom CSS in the Title section of your calendar under Options->General.

For example, you might paste this in there to change an event's size:
<style>.m-usr{font-size:16px;}</style>

You can change the colors of the text using the Color tab under Options->Colors
