Hi, I upgraded to a premium webmaster account last week via paypal and it immediately went through. I did this so I could use the public printable view button feature. And it worked. Today, the public printable view button is gone on my calendar and when I login to my localendar account, it shows that I have the basic account. I have a paid receipt from PayPal for the webmaster premium. Please help! |

It seems you had an existing subscription to Premium Personal. So you upgraded to premium webmaster on Jul 7, but your personal subscription renewed on July 11, and reset you to the lower level.
