When I click on discussion board on my calendar a different persons forum comes up?

In addition I have a few questions about the forums
1) can you have a moderator of forum threads that recieves emails when new items are posted?
2) Can you restrict access to certain categories, like an admin announcement category?
3)Can you delete certain forum users if you have a problem with spamming?

Thanks

This is odd behavior which we are still trying to stamp out. It seems to primarly affect calendar owners who switch between these forums and their personal ones. If you sign out of localendar before switching, you should not experience this issue.

In addition I have a few questions about the forums
1) can you have a moderator of forum threads that recieves emails when new items are posted?
No; moderation currently requires the forum admin to sign in and check the moderation page

2) Can you restrict access to certain categories, like an admin announcement category?
I wish you could, b/c we have this very same issue. This is a planned forums enhancement.

3)Can you delete certain forum users if you have a problem with spamming?
Since forum accounts are localendar accounts, you cannot delete them. But blocking them may be an option. I will have to investigate this futher.

Hello.

I have the same problem and I tryied to logg out from this forum and still the button in my calender in our webbsite take me to the bibletread in the forum. And how can I logg on to the forum as an admin to adjust and get it started.

I have only the trial version but I want it to work so we can try it out.

You should sign out from this forum, and then sign in at
http://www.localendar.com/forums/orsak

That should display the correct forum.

This is now our top priority (such a pernicious bug!)

Step 1: The wrong calendar shouldn't come up (just a blank one now). I realize this isn't much better - but it brings us one step closer to the correct solution.

If it failed in all situations it would be an easy fix. It works for some members, but not others, and that it why it is a bug.

If you're using any Microsoft product, then you've already paid money for software that contains bugs smile

When we find them, we make every attempt to fix them as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we have to duplicate them first, which can be tricky.
