Help,

I just signed up for premium services but I cannot access all of the services, particularly this full featured task editor.

The tab is greyed out as if I didn’t purchase the service.
Please let me know what else I need to do.
Thanks
Mike B

I see your subscription is active through 9/16/2005. If you sign out and back in, is the button active?

Some other questions:

  • What does the expiration date say under the left menu?
  • What browser/version/OS are you using?
  • If IE, under Tools->Internet Options->Settings, do you have "Every visit to the page" selected?

Mark,
I did everything you suggested and still have the same problem

I have tried to access with Internet Explorer 6.0 and Mozilla's Firefox but to no avail, I would really like to get this resolved.

Thanks,
Mike

The one thing you didn't mention wink ... is what it says underneath the left menu for your subscription date. The tab is should *never* be grayed out, whether you've purchased a subscription or not. If a member didn't have the subscription, clicking on the buttons provides information about those premium features, rather than the feature itself.

Please let me know the expiration date shown, in any case.
Also, try the following page and let me know what happens:

Marc,
The expiration is 9/16/05

And when I follow your link, I get a list of tasks that I recognize from long ago.

But the task editor does work then (via that link)?

I want to narrow down the issue. If the task editor is working via that link, then it would seem the menu itself is giving you problems for some reason. Would you agree?

Marc,
I had created a task list with the task editor late yesterday. I then printed the list. Everything seemed to work fine, but when I went back today, all my taks seem to be covered over by grey. Almost like it needs refreshing.

Just thought I'd mention this in case you get a chance to look at it today.

FYI for anyone following this thread... the problem disappears when Mike uses a different browser. When we find out what browser settings need to be changed to make it work on his main PC, we'll post them here.
