I recently purchased a premium sub and within 8 hours (overnight as I purchased at around 10pm and it was active when I woke up) everything was ship shape.

I have been reading the forums and I've noticed no one says thank you to support. I've had nothing but a positive experience with this service and just wanted to say thank you for all your hard work. Support is a tough gig and I think you do a great job. If you've had a good experience, please add your thanks below.

THANK YOU MARC!

I agree- my premium services were activated in a very timely manner and support has been great.
You're right, there isn't always credit given where credit is due.

Thanks to 'support' and localendar for providing a great way to keep track of time and days and weeks and months... smile

Hey; thanks very much for the kind words blushing

I realize the reason for the forums is to trouble-shoot problems, so I like to think there are happy users out there who see no reason to post; but it's nice to hear from you once in a while.

Thanks again!
