I currently have a calendar I manage for a local motorcycle club (Premium) and am looking to create another for one in an adjoining county. Once completed I want the ability to merge the public data of both into one calendar so that the two areas couls be seen on one BUT the original calendars will still be intact and viewable only by the current users. In essence there will be 3 calendars made from two. Club #1 (as is today), Club #2 (planned new separate one) and a new combined one (club #1 and Club #2) - Would the Merge function aloow me to do this? I would hate to merge the two and find out the orginal is no longer intact (standalone) |

You are correct: The merged calendar shows the public events from the "sub" calendars. Those calendars still remain/operate as distinct and separate. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

THx for the response. Now I have two other questions: 1) to see how this worked and plan how I can use it - I created to otehr calendars and merged this calendar (BERKSHOG) into one of them. (BSRIDER) The free premium period of it just ended but it is still merged and I can't get the BERKSHOG data out of it - How do I do that 2) When I merge the two calendars - I wanted both origianl calendars to remain intact to their users and the merged one to be available to both under a new name - is that possible? Right now - it appears the merged calendar takes on the name and IRL of the calender the others were merged into |

I've extended your trial another 30 days so you can merge/unmerge at your leisure. If you want both original calendars to remain the same, then you should make a 3rd calendar, and merge both of the individual calendars onto that one. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

Mark, You "extended" the wrong one - The BerksHOG is a Premium subscription calendar and should be good to April 7 of next year. I paid with PayPal. The one that was on a trial was the BSRider one. that is the one I need the extension on to remove the 2 merged calendars - Please change the premium expiration date on BERKSHOG calendar to April 7. 2008 (right now says June 15, 2007) and change BSRider expiration to June 15, 2007 |

Mark, sorry for the delay - the BerksHOG subscription needs to be extended to April 7 2008 - as that is when it is paid until. Paypal ref Subscription#S-3TX28235KN8519206. I appreciate your generosity on the BSRider one but I cannot let anything impact the correct expiration date of the BerksHOG one. |
