Edit this Post   sad   Need to end calendar ASAP! Codes/logon changed without permission! Reply to this Post

I have written several times over the last few days in customer support. Can you please refer to ticket #2488 for what I need? I need an actual email confirmation from you in regards to my concerns for my legal records to release me from any ownership liability to a calendar I created but no longer am in control of. The notes should detail my concerns. It is in regards to a different calendar I own, not this one.

In my opinon, I feel this is urgent.

Thanks

I don't handle the support mail account, but I do see an empty in-box. Can you confirm here that your situation was resolved?

Not exactly. I received a one word "Done" reply via email from your support about my need to have my calendar ended and other details I was concerned about, but I'm told by other people that should not be able to access it any longer that the calendar is still accessible to them, maybe because it was saved in cookies or favorites or that they told their computer to remember them next time they visit? It's causing a lot of confusion.

I believe the logon name AND logon code were changed, but it must still be the same calendar that I created if it can be retrieved by other people from cookies or favorites, etc. Not sure exactly how that's happening, since I never chose those routes.

I just want confirmation from your company that I am released from any ownership responsibility for it. I no longer have control or access to it to monitor if anyone is posting anything that might be illegal. I no longer want access to it. I don't want anything to do with it. I just want to be released from any legal ownership responsibilites, if there are any, as being the person who created the calendar. The calendar had codes changed September 18, according to your security alert to me, and I'm very concerned that it was never ended after I cancelled my subscription.

My prior emails to you contained a subscription #, which I did cancel as soon as I found out the codes were changed, but maybe that only cancelled the subscription features but kept everything else active?

All I want is an email confirmation from you to state I am released from any and all legal responsibities for being the person that created that calendar in the first place.

I'll resend this forum note to you in your contact page so I can give you another ticket #.

TICKET # 29407 - was just created, provided a few more details on calendar name, etc. Please respond to me at that email address. Thanks.

I just need to know *what* calendar we are talking about. It's not the CrystalH-Volunteer you're posting under (otherwise, you'd have the code). What is the member name you wanted to be cancelled?

Please refer to your ticket #s I referred to over and over again for the detailed information. I wrote many, many times in the support contact us pages with specific details that have gone unanswered. A public forum is not the place I want to discuss personal information. The logon name and password was changed, I presume, by another party that thinks apparently they have ownership to the calendar, even though they were told to start their own calendar so that there is no connection to me being responsible for maintaining it, since I was the one that created it and had the subscription. This is my presumption, as I can't confirm exactly what's going on, who took the calendar.

If that's all it takes to make another person be responsible for it is they get to change all the codes, great. I just want released as the person on file with you as its creator for my files so I can walk away from any legal responsibilities of maintaining the calendar to make sure no one writes anything on it that might be legally objectionable. If all I had to do was cancel the subscription, great. Apparently the calendar is still running if others can access it by the "remember my password" selection. If you can keep the calendar running for whoever wanted it and still release me from ownership responsiblities, great. If you can't release me and make the other party be responsible because they changed to codes, then do what you have to do by cancelling it entirely.

I will write you again in the "contact us" section with another ticket number for the specific information you requested.

********
Okay...new ticket # is 12574, which contains the prior calendar logon name and prior password code. Please refer to this ticket # to answer your questions. Yes, I have to write under CrystalH-volunteer to the support board because my attempts to write privately do not get answered, as well as I cannot write to the support board unless I have a logon name, which the other one was changed without my permission and I don't know what it is. This crystalh-volunteer calendar is not the one I'm having a problem with. Please see the prior ticket #s and contact me privately.
