I just discoverd localendar.com today and so far love it! Easy to use, flexible, and I think will work very well with our needs.

Before for I committ fully to this application, I am having one issue - and it's a biggie for us...

I have two uses for this calendar: Internal (Employee use) and Public use - thus, the Public/Private option is great. I figured out how to change the published view and printing of the public calendar. However, how do I print a list of all events (public + private) with details? The only options I see are the pre-set Day / Week / Month - and none with detail.

There are list views for public calendar information, such as:

http://www.localendar.com/public/Maynards?style=M1

but none that currently shows the detail. There is a planned enhancement to allow the default Day/Week/Month views to be reassigned to one of these other views. However, "Details" is another pending request.

An alternative solution would be to export your calendar information to csv at:
http://www.localendar.com/elsie?JSP=Export

and format it using another program (I know; a bit onerous)
