Me and my users are getting a message that says "This premium service option has expired for this account. " when trying to get to my Discussion page. On my home screen that my Premium subscription expires June 10 '12.

Please fis it or let me know what the problem is.

That is correct; your subscription is active til 6/10/2012

But I see that it's a Premium Basic subscription, which does not include the Discussion forums.

I just checked my Paypal account. It shows TWO transactions on May 12, 2011. One for $9.95 and one for $29.95. I hadn't noticed this until today.

Please let me know why and PLEASE restore my discussion page which was working fine before!

Yes, you did purchase 2 subscriptions with different levels for the same calendar, and one overwrote the other.

I've adjusted your subscription and cancelled/refunded the 9.95 purchase.

I received a credit via Paypal for $9.95 on 5/18/11. Thank you.

However, it looks like you extracted a duplicate subscription payment via Paypal on 5/26/11 for $29.95. The original payment for the same amount via Paypal was on 5/12/11.

Please advise.

It looks like you signed up for multiple subscriptions on that account. What is the actual subscription level you wanted: Premium Basic or Premium Webmaster?

To the best of my recollection I upgraded from basic to premium to remove the ads from my calendar, and then I upgraded to Webmaster Premium so that I could have a discussion page.

It looks like you created duplicate webmaster subscriptions too (one one 5/12/09 and another on 5/26/10)

(you also had that Premium Basic, created 5/9/09 that we already cancelled)

I've cancelled/refunded the duplicate Premium Webmaster account as well.
