I am working with a school to post the calendar on their website. When school teachers access it at the school, the images for the Search button and RSS and iCal do not appear. Looking at the source of the file, I am curious if this is related to the links to these images being relative and not full links back to the localendar site.

Thanks for letting us know about this. It seems that for some publish styles, the server name might have been truncated. Please let us know if you continue to have this issue (you might need to clear your browser's cache first)
