For our calendar, we would not want to show the exact event, but that we are busy for a certain time (think of a hair appointment application). How can we achieve this?

If we are closed, we would want the entire 11-6pm marked as closed

on tuesdays we want it marked No Appointment needed, 8 items or less

on wed-sunday, we would want "Appointment Booked" if there is data, and "Call for availability for this time" if a hour of time is available.

Can your calendar do something like this? Thank you

We dont have any specific features for making localendar behave like an appointment-management system. The only way you could have a calendar show "booked" from 11am-6 for example. would be if you actually created an event called "booked". Your other events could be private and therefore wouldnt show on the public view.
