view private calendar without logging in Hello, I would like to create a calendar for my private Intranet. I need a way that all users can automatically view all private events without having to log in. So it would automatically display like a public calendar, but it cannot actually be viewable by the public as it would contain private information. |

Re: view private calendar without logging in Private events are always private - there is no way to view them via a url. My suggestion is to make your private events Public, but password-protect your calendar: https://localendar.com/docs/display/lc/Password-protecting+your+localendar ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

Re: view private calendar without logging in I got the same issue. we want to use Localcalendar as a tool to work on it in the team of few people before we publish it. We could log with the same password and see private events but it is not the most convenient. So do you have any good solution for making it work-in-progress and publishing tool at the same moment? |

Re: view private calendar without logging in AqaK, Your situation seems a little different.. You don't all have to log in with the same password, you just make the people you want to see private events "delegated administrators" and they can log in with their own passwords. They will see private and public events. The public will only see events once one of the admins flips it from Private to Public. http://localendar.com:8080/docs/display/lc/Adding+Other+Users+as+Calendar+Administrators ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |
