One of our users just contacted me -- and I have verified myself -- to say that she could not view the last week of August or October, 2009. Please advise.

Have you tried adjusting your height settings?

Thanks, Sharon. I have tried. Am also trying to reach our in-house support. I may be doing it incorrectly.

Can you be more specific about what "not being able to see the month" means? Sarah is suggesting you may need to adjust the "height" parameter on the html you pasted on your site.
