I am still unable to log onto my calendar using the new password that I constructed at the recommendation of others on this forum. In both IE and Google Chrome browsers when I enter my user name and password, another log in window pops up over and over. This has happened since Localendar switched to the new log in link that takes you to a new page instead of the old method of just filling in the info on the home page. Please and suggestions? Still waiting for help; still can't log in to my calendar and attempts just generate a new log in page. Already changed my password. |

bbarker: I never login at www.localendar.com, but I just tried it (with the new 2nd screen), and had no problem. I always login here: http://www.localendar.com/lcf/lcforums/listforums?c=9 In the upper right corner, you will see 'Log In'. Clicking that takes you to the old small login screen you are probably familiar with. Logging in this way gives you the option to go to My Calendar, or Recent Threads, etc. Try it and let us know if that makes any difference. Harry |

If you go to this page directly: https://www.localendar.com/calendar/login you are saying another login window pops up and over? Any chance you can take a screenshot of this and send it in with a support ticket? Since yesterday I have not been able to log into my localendar account. First The message I got was: Invalid Account Name or Password I tried to change my password, but got a message: Sorry, that account name and email could not be found. The username and pasword load automatically on my devises. Please help! My life is on localendar. Still could not log in today. I signed up for a new account to see if that would help, using the same email, pw, and user name. I hoped it would say it was already being used, but it did not. And what cam up was a BLANK calendar. Need help! |

The recent login failures impacted any user with an email address ending in ".us". The problem should now be resolved, but we are working to restore remaining settings.
