You can have the benefits of a fully-interactive embedded calendar on your page without using an <iframe>. This is a pure HTML/AJAX solution. No Flash is involved, so it's also iPad/Phone-friendly.
It's a real part of your page, so the height will adjust automatically to fit the contents.

One minor note: You can't put 10lbs of balogna in a 5lb bag. This sample page isn't really wide enough to display a month-block view so if you switch to that style, the middle column may get a little too wide.
